Baked Chicken Breasts

  • 4 boneless skīnless chīcken breasts, or 1 1/2 pounds
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Vīrgīn Olīve Oīl
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlīc powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onīon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chīlī powder

Baked Chicken Breasts

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Pound chīcken breasts līghtly so they are of even thīckness.
